PRIVACY POLICY
WHAT IS THIS?

This a privacy policy created by me (Rosy Tanner owner and creative director at Rosy Creates) to explain how I use and protect any data you supply to Rosy Creates.
WHAT DATA DOES ROSY CREATES HOLD AND HOW IS IT PROTECTED?

Rosy Creates uses email, online forms and bespoke order form to gather data. The data I hold includes your name, telephone number and email address along with details of your event, the address you want your order posting to and your billing address.
The data collected is only accessible by me as I am a one women band, with no other people having access to my work. I have inplace suitable physical and electronic safeguards to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your data.
HOW CAN YOUR DATA BE REMOVED?

You can make this request by email at any time.
HOW ROSY CREATES USES YOUR DATA AND HOW I SHARE WITH PARTNERS

Your data is used to create your stationery. Depending on the method of printing that you choose, the data that is relevant to printing your stationery will be shared with my print partners. Rosy Creates has ensured that our print partners also have up to date privacy policies and adhere to GDPR.
I do keep physical and digital examples of my clients work to showcase online, on our website, in my social media, at client consultations and at events where I show my stationery. When used online I endeavour to ensure this does not show full details of your event. You may ask for your stationery not to be used at all or to removed at any time.
Your printed stationery will not be used in sample packs. I use stock samples of completely made up people/ events for these.
HOW LONG I HOLD YOUR DATA FOR

Rosy Creates holds your personal details for 12 months following your wedding date, at which point it is permanently deleted from my system.
